FREE Halloween show with Outer Borough Brass at B.B. Kings ::: ‘Meter Men’ pre-show!
The Outer Borough Brass band is going to be part of this awesome, FREE Halloween party in NYC! We are playing the free Happy Hour Meter Men pre-show from 5pm – 9pm at Lucille’s Grill! Check out the full details:

We’re getting very excited for our Halloween and November 1 shows with the METER MEN – featuring Leo Nocentelli, Zigaboo Modeliste & George Porter Jr of THE METERS and Page McConnell of PHISH. Now, we’re teaming up with MAGIC HAT to make it even greater.
On Wednesday, October 10 at 12 noon ET we will release a VERY, VERY LIMITED number of 4 and 6-person booths on Ticketmaster that we’re calling the MAGIC HAT VIP BOOTH EXPERIENCE. The 4-person booths will cost $50.50 per ticket, you’ll need to buy all 4. The 6-person booths will cost $47 per ticket, you’ll need to buy all 6.
You and your friends will have the only reserved seating in the venue, and our friends at Magic Hat are throwing in a bucket of 6 Magic Hat bottled beers plus some cool goodies for the table. Booths will be “first come, first seated” – so come early to get the best of the booths after you buy. VIP booth seating is all ages and, as always, we will check the IDs of those drinking.
If that wasn’t enough, Magic Hat is also giving away a really sweet guitar to 1 lucky person on Halloween. How are we going to do it? A COSTUME CONTEST!
We just brought DJ COCHON DE LAIT on board for both nights. He’ll spin the best of NOLA brass, funk & soul to make sure the party never stops! On Halloween, we’ll pick some finalists to bring on stage with DJ Cochon de Lait to take your votes for the guitar, so come early to get noticed and make those costumes great!
Halloween will be extra special as we warm things up on 10/31 with FREE ADMISSION to New Orleans Happy Hour with the OUTER BOROUGH BRASS BAND starting at 4pm in Lucille’s Grill- right here at BB King’s. Lucille’s is where we’ll also have MUN and FiKus taking the Halloween party deep into the night after METER MEN wrap things up in the big room.
There are only a few tickets left! But we might have more standing room tickets (or even booths) for sale between now and the show. Keep checking back!
